We’ll embark on a Group supported nutritional cleanse.

Each person gets the support of a Private Coaching call with me to plan and execute your cleanse and solidify your health goals.

Kitchen medicine has been a reliable remedy for a number of ailments from the common cold to acute injury.  Making your own medicines is one of the ways you can be sure what ingredients are going into you and your family’s bodies.  Join us for an afternoon of making some great products that will be a delight to share this season.  

We’ll be making a batch of Fire Cider, Turmeric infused Honey and a sweet spice blend.  

Nature’s medicines are a great way to give the gift of wellness.  

Vinegar infusions with apple cider vinegar offer a wide range of medicinal benefits: digestive aid, boosting the immune system, antimicrobial and a probiotic. 

Fire cider is known to be one of the best remedies to head off the start of contagious illness.  It’s a creative process of combining common ingredients for potent medicine.  

Medicinal honey infusions have an allure all their own.  Honey medicine is soothing, antimicrobial and antifungal.  It’s also a powerful anti-inflammatory for injuries internally and externally. 

Giving a product that can easily turn into a dynamic cup of tea or golden milk and an external plaster for injuries is a game changer.
