Cancellation policy

Time is energy and our mutual time is valuable, that’s why it is important to honor this cancellation policy. Hillery requires 24 hours to change or cancel your appointment. Emailing or calling is fine, no texting. Arriving early or on time for your appointment gives time for transition. If you arrive late we work with the time left in your session, I will not work over your session time as a consideration for the next guest. Communication regarding late arrivals is always appreciated, if you arrive 15 minutes late without communication, the appointment will be considered a No Show. No Shows and appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the full, missed appointment. Inclement weather and contagious illness are the only exceptions.  Gift Certificates are not replaceable and only transferable with permission
